I-129F Fiance(e) - NOA2 Processing time (Vermont)
I see on the USCIS site that the Vermont Service Center is meeting their goal of a 5 month processing time.
My question is: Is there anyone out there with experience on recent, actual times for processing and receiving the NOA2 at the Vermont Service Center? I understand there are a lot of variables but was just hoping for a few recent experiences. Thanks! |

I filed at the beginning of November, received a receipt shortly thereafter, and got my NOA2 on March 18, 2010.
The NVC confirmation came about 2 weeks after that. My fiance got his letter from the London embassy around April 15, 2010. Thought I'd add those additional bits for you... it moved rather quickly ![]() |

Vermont service center
The California service center is moving very quickly. Visa Journey showed a couple (Germany) that received their NOA1 one day before I received mine (Mar 16) and received their NOA2 on Apr 29. Vermont isn't moving as fast unfortunately...

NOA2 Received
Update: Noa2 received from Vermont...6/17/10. 52 days since NOA1 and 56 days since package was sent. Wow...not expecting this for 3-4 more weeks. Budgeting for a longer wait too
Guess I better tighten the belt a little more... |

Yeah my timeline was like April 22nd, NOA1, June 22nd NOA2, and yesterday my girl got packet 3 in China, so it's going way faster than I thought. I'm still thinking 2 months until she's in the US, but if this is a sign it'll be sooner.

I applied in November 2009 (around the 15th, NOA1 was the 18th I think) and didn't get my NOA2 until February 26-29. It took a while.
