Hi guys. I'm new to all this, but I hope you guys can help me out. My father petitioned for under child under 21 and not married. He's a LPR. We received our appproved I-130 in august of 2005 with a priority date of April 30,2001. Now I thought that the nvc would contact us once the pd became current, but they didn't and when I looked at the visa bulletin they are on 2003 Pd for my catagory. So my pd has come and gone like two years ago and I am now older than 21. Does that mean I don't qualify for a visa anymore? I qualify for 245(i) so if I were to get married does my husband petition for me again and Can I use the first pd of April 30,2001 and Adjust my status that way. I'm just so confused. I've already waited 9 years to get my gc I don't wanna wait another 9+ years.
