Guide for Adjusting Status - including a concurrent filing of the 1-130

Note: These are guidelines ONLY and they do not address any individual circumstances. Keep in mind that YOU are ultimately responsible for your own petition.

In the Guide you will find various information and resource links to assist you in preparing and filing the I-485 application to adjust status to a permanent resident for those that entered the US on a K1 or K3 visa. The guide also includes filing a concurrent I-130 for those that entered the US on a visitors visa, other visa types such as J-1, or the VWP etc.

Includes:

Required Forms - Assembling your I-485F package - Assembling a Concurrently Filed I-130 package - Translations of documents etc. - Original Documents - Payment - Additional information of preparing your package - Completing questions relating to your name on immigration forms - plus other resources.
