NVC - After the the IV payment

Hi ok I doing this process for my wife she lives in Nicaragua that's in central America I have send the ds-3032online the A.O.S fee and the IV fee online to Vermont center
I will really appreciate if someone knows what should I do, what to expect and how like long does it take from this point for her to come here I will really appreciate this thanks

Now ds-3032 form , IV payment AOS payment are submitted to NVC Portsmouth

IV fee

Sorry you guys are totally right payments are sent to Portsmouth N.H but I paid it online we'll I just paid that IV fee a week ago that it was $404bucks now I'm guessing I got to wait for some type of answer from nvc, I really don't know what to expect cause I really don't know how to do all this I'm just following instructions sent by nvc lol do you guys know like how long does it take for my wife can enter u.s.a from this point Or how many process or payments I still got pending
