PLEASE NOTE!!! Until a new form is released, a form is current, regardless of any expiry date on the form. The expiry date on forms is the OMB expiry date, it does not mean the form has passed its use by date. (OMB = Office of Management and Budget)

Most of the forms are fillable. Download them directly to your local computer, rather than fill out the form through your web browser. In order for most users to do this (using a Windows PC), "right-click" on the link to your specific form and select "Save Link As" (in Netscape) or "Save Target As" (in Internet Explorer)

As per USCIS, all Immigration forms may now be printed from the USCIS Website without any special printing requirements (such as head-to-foot, using specially-colored paper, etc.). However, using a dot matrix printer is not advised.

A citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States may file this form to establish the relationship to certain alien relatives who wish to immigrate to the United States. A separate form must be filed for each eligible relative. USCIS Form I-485 Application To Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (Rev. 07/30/07 Expires 09/30/08) Instructions (Rev. 07/30/07) This form is used to To apply to adjust your status to that of a permanent resident of the United States. USCIS Form G-325A Biographic Information (Rev. 07/14/06 Exp. 05/31/09) To provide biographic information on an alien. You file this form only as instructed on another Immigration application or petition. I-864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act To show that the applying immigrant has enough financial support to live without concern of becoming reliant on U.S. government welfare. I-864A Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member By signing this form, a household member who is not a sponsored immigrant, agrees to make his or her income and/or assets available to the sponsor to help support the immigrant for whom the sponsor has filed an affidavit of support. I-864EZ Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act A shorter version of the I-864. You may use Form I-864EZ instead of I-864 IF certain conditions apply. Please see the instructions on the I-864EZ I-864W Intending Immigrant's Affidavit of Support Exemption Please read the instructions on the I-864W for those eligible for an exemption.
