USCIS and Department of State forms are linked directly to their websites and their most current forms.
PLEASE NOTE!!! Until a new form is released, a form is current, regardless of any expiry date on the form. The expiry date on forms is the OMB expiry date, it does not mean the form has passed its use by date. (OMB = Office of Management and Budget)
Most of the forms are fillable. Download them directly to your local computer, rather than fill out the form through your web browser. In order for most users to do this (using a Windows PC), "right-click" on the link to your specific form and select "Save Link As" (in Netscape) or "Save Target As" (in Internet Explorer)
As per USCIS, all Immigration forms may now be printed from the USCIS Website without any special printing requirements (such as head-to-foot, using specially-colored paper, etc.). However, using a dot matrix printer is not advised.
You will need the latest version of the free Adobe Reader to use these forms. You may download the Reader HERE.
